No specific educational qualifications are required for this role but you will be calm under pressure, well organised and work well within a team. This role is available within both the surface and submarine flotillas. In the surface flotilla, you could work either at sea in a frigate, destroyer, assault ship, or aircraft carrier or at one of the shore establishments located around the UK. In the submarine flotilla, sea employment is in submarines - additional pay is given across a range of to those who qualify to serve in submarines.
