Often you will be required to generate new business through speaking to businesses and finding out their work requirements. This could mean you will be calling or meeting with Captains of superyachts or meeting with shoreside companies who work in the marine sector.

Recruitment consultants are often paid a commission on each job they fill and as such, the better you are at your job the better the rewards for you are! It can be a challenging and stressful job at times, with often short notice periods given to find the right people and convince them to go for the job. It is a business based on your reputation and skills, if you are a motivated and good people person then this could be the job for you!
