About: Cruise Ship - Entertainment Manager

In this high profile, customer facing role, you’ll have a big part to play in executing complex daily entertainment programmes on board and you will be responsible for third party brand management. Managing a team of more than 50 people your role will be exciting and varied, from working closely with the Production Manger to ensure smooth delivery and high quality entertainment, to working with the Youth Manger and being accountable for the delivery of our Safeguarding policies and procedures onboard. Plus of course, we’ll expect you to have customer service skills that shine, along with up-to-date knowledge of entertainment trends and the cruise industry as a whole. You will be responsible for making sure everything we do remains on budget.
